1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of pvg-media.com and any services you buy from PVG Media LLC. By using this site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Our Services
PVG Media provides marketing services to home services businesses, including local search optimization, paid advertising management, website work, review generation and related services. The specific services, deliverables, fees and term for any client are set out in a separate written proposal or service agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
3. Fees And Billing
Fees are billed monthly in advance unless the service agreement says otherwise. Advertising budgets paid to Google, Meta or any other platform are separate from our management fees and are your responsibility. Late payments over 15 days may result in a pause of services.
4. Term And Cancellation
Initial engagements run for 90 days. After the initial term the engagement continues month to month and either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. Fees already paid for the current billing period are not refundable.
5. What You Own
You own your website content, your domain, your Google Business Profile, your advertising accounts and your customer and lead data. On termination we will transfer administrative access to you within 10 business days of your written request and payment of any outstanding balance.
6. No Guarantee Of Results
Search engine rankings, advertising performance and lead volume depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competitor activity, seasonality and your own capacity to answer and convert calls. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, lead volume, revenue figure or return.
7. Your Responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information, to give us the access we need to do the work, to respond to requests within a reasonable time, and to make sure any content, photos, logos, license numbers and claims you give us are truthful and are yours to use. You are responsible for the accuracy of any licensing, certification or warranty claim we publish on your behalf.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use this site to break the law, to scrape or harvest data, to send spam, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the site's operation.
9. Intellectual Property
The design, text, graphics and code of this website are owned by PVG Media unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
10. Third Party Services
This site links to and relies on third party services including Calendly and Google. We are not responsible for those services or their terms.
11. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, PVG Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify PVG Media against claims arising from content you provided to us, from your violation of these terms, or from your violation of any law.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The Last updated date at the top shows when. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
