2. Information You Give Us

When you fill out a form on this site, book a call, or email us, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, website address, city and state, the trade you work in, and anything else you choose to write in a message field. When you book through our scheduling page we also receive the date and time you selected and any answers you gave on the booking form.

3. Information We Collect Automatically

When you visit this site we and our service providers automatically collect your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, the pages you viewed, the page that referred you, the search terms that brought you here where available, and the date and time of your visit. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies. See section 6.

4. Why We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, to schedule and hold a call with you, to prepare a proposal, to provide services if you become a client, to send you marketing emails you have opted into, to measure how our website and advertising perform, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet our legal obligations.

5. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with the following categories of service providers, and only so they can perform work for us: Website hosting and deployment providers. Analytics and advertising providers including Google LLC through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads, and Meta Platforms Inc. Sales intelligence providers including Apollo.io, which may use cookies and your IP address to identify the business you visit from, but only if you accept advertising cookies in our cookie banner. Scheduling providers including Calendly LLC, which receives the name, email and any other details you enter when booking a call. Customer relationship management and email delivery providers, which store your contact details and the record of our communications. Professional advisors such as our accountants and lawyers, where required. We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or in connection with a sale or merger of our business.

6. Cookies And Tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies to make the site work. We also use analytics cookies and advertising cookies, but only after you agree to them through our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the Your Privacy Choices link in our footer. Blocking analytics and advertising cookies does not stop you from using this site. Our site honors Global Privacy Control signals sent by your browser and treats them as an opt out of sharing for advertising purposes.

7. How Long We Keep It

We keep inquiry and lead information for 24 months from your last interaction with us unless you ask us to delete it sooner. We keep client records for 7 years after the end of the engagement to meet tax and accounting obligations. We keep marketing email records until you unsubscribe, plus 12 months to honor your opt out. We keep website analytics data for 14 months.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email info@pvg-media.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" or call (216) 800-5428. We will verify your identity before acting and will respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. If we deny your request you may appeal by replying to our decision.

9. California Residents

California residents have the rights described in section 8 under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA. In the last 12 months we have collected the categories of information listed in sections 2 and 3. We do not sell personal information for money. We do share personal information with advertising providers for cross context behavioral advertising, and you can opt out using the Your Privacy Choices link in our footer or by sending a Global Privacy Control signal. We do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of anyone under 16.

10. Text Messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your inquiry, your appointment, or our services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help. We do not share mobile numbers or text message consent with third parties for their own marketing.

11. Marketing Emails

If you receive marketing email from us, every message includes an unsubscribe link and our physical mailing address. You can also unsubscribe at pvg-media.com/unsubscribe or by emailing info@pvg-media.com. We honor opt out requests within 10 business days.

12. Security

We use HTTPS across the whole site, restrict access to personal information to people who need it, and use reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Children

This site is for business owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email info@pvg-media.com and we will delete it.

14. Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the Last updated date at the top. If the changes are significant we will post a notice on the homepage for 30 days.
